VEROWN GLOBAL TERMS & CONDITIONS  (Doc#V1.0-05/2026)

IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PUBLIC WEBSITES OPERATED BY VEROWN INC. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR INTERACTING WITH THESE WEB ASSETS, YOU UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE GLOBAL TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THIS WEBSITE.

ARTICLE 1: AMBIT, SCOPE, AND GLOBAL APPLICATION

1.1 Universal Jurisdiction. This Website Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") forms a binding legal contract between Verown Inc. ("Verown") and any natural person, entity, or automated program accessing or browsing public web domains, sub-domains, and digital information portals operated by Verown (collectively, the "Website").

1.2 Distinction from Application Terms. The User explicitly acknowledges that this Agreement governs the public-facing Website only. Utilization of Verown’s sovereign mobile applications, hardware synchronization platforms, local Invariant Ledgers, and asset authentication services is strictly governed by separate, country-specific and role-specific Application Terms of Use executed at the time of account creation.

1.3 International Access Compliance. This Website is managed globally. Accessing the Website from territories where its content or structure is deemed illegal or restricted is prohibited. Users who choose to access the Website from any global region do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for local legal compliance.

ARTICLE 2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND INTEGRITY

2.1 Proprietary Content. All structural elements, visual interfaces, graphics, source code, text descriptions, video presentations, branding elements, and layout architectures displayed on the Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Verown Inc., protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade dress treaties.

2.2 Limited Browsing License. Users are granted a highly restrictive, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and display the public pages of this Website on a standard web browser solely for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes. No portion of the Website may be mirrored, framed, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.

2.3 Trademark Protections. The terms "Verown," "Don’t just own it. Verown it," and all associated logos are registered or pending trademarks of Verown Inc. across multiple international jurisdictions. Any unauthorized exploitation of these marks to create confusion, imply affiliation, or facilitate deceptive marketing is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 3: ANTI-AI SCRAPING AND AUTOMATED ACCESS MANIFESTO

3.1 Express Prohibition of AI Mining. The Website, its underlying code, text, metadata, images, and structural databases are explicitly shielded from automated analysis. The User shall not use, and shall not permit or authorize any third party to use, any automated system, device, or script to scrape, mine, harvest, extract, or index any data from the Website for the purpose of training, refining, testing, or operating artificial intelligence (AI) models, large language models (LLMs), machine learning algorithms, or neural networks.

3.2 Restricted Bot Policy. Automated web crawlers, search engine indexers, and scrapers must respect the strict parameters established in the Website's robots.txt file. Any automated extraction that circumvents security layers, overloads server architecture, or masks its user-agent identity to bypass indexing restrictions is defined as an unauthorized network intrusion.

3.3 Liquidated Scraping Enforcement. The User acknowledges that unauthorized automated data harvesting damages Website integrity and misappropriates proprietary brand history. Verown Inc. reserves the right to seek immediate injunctive relief and structural damages against any developer, corporate entity, or laboratory deploying unapproved AI scraping tools against the Website framework.

ARTICLE 4: USER INPUTS, CONTENT PRIVACY, AND DATA CONTROL

4.1 Retention of User Ownership. Verown fundamentally respects individual data sovereignty. Any text, images, serial numbers, metadata, or documentation uploaded, inputted, or transmitted by a user to public forms, query fields, or communication tools on this Website remains the exclusive intellectual property and proprietary data of the inputting User.

4.2 Non-Expropriation of Rights. Submission of data to the Website does not grant Verown Inc. any ownership rights, distribution rights, or permanent commercial exploitation licenses over the User's personal information or asset descriptions. The inputting User retains full, unilateral control over their own data at all times.

4.3 Limited Operational License. To facilitate processing, rendering, and fulfilling a user's web-based request (such as a customer service submission or a public provenance verification lookup), the User grants Verown Inc. a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, transmit, and display the input data solely to the extent necessary to execute the requested action. This license expires automatically upon the deletion or resolution of the transaction data record.

ARTICLE 5: USER CONDUCT AND PLATFORM ABUSE

5.1 Prohibited Actions. Users shall not engage in any activity that compromises the security, stability, or accessibility of the Website. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Verown's hosting environment or firewalls.
  2. Injecting malicious code, trojan horses, worms, or time bombs into input fields or contact forms.
  3. Initiating Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against Website endpoints.
  4. Falsifying headers, manipulating identifiers, or impersonating Verown personnel to mask original network traffic.

5.2 Security Monitoring. Verown routinely logs network traffic and system interactions to defend the platform against malicious intrusion. Evidence of system tampering or illegal network activity gathered via the Website layer will be delivered directly to relevant global law enforcement authorities.

ARTICLE 6: HYPERLINKS AND OUTBOUND DESTINATIONS

6.1 Third-Party Endpoints. The Website may contain informational links directing users to third-party portals, public blockchain explorers, or external partner resources. Verown Inc. does not control, maintain, or verify the security, accuracy, or content of these external environments.

6.2 Disclaimer of Endorsement. The inclusion of an outbound hyperlink does not imply an endorsement, warranty, or assumption of risk by Verown Inc. The User accesses third-party locations entirely at their own peril and is subject to the specific terms and privacy guidelines governing those external systems.

ARTICLE 7: GLOBAL WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 As-Is Availability. This Website and all of its public informational contents are provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Verown Inc. explicitly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted server uptime.

7.2 Absolute Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable global laws, Verown Inc., its directors, employees, and infrastructure providers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or the inability to use this Website. This limitation encompasses damages for loss of profits, data corruption, browser-level security compromises, or transmission failures, even if Verown has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ARTICLE 8: PRIVACY PROTOCOLS AND COOKIE ARCHITECTURE

8.1 Data Minimization. Verown’s digital footprint tracking is built on strict data minimization principles. The Website collects only the baseline technical telemetry necessary to optimize browser rendering, maintain secure session states, and prevent automated script abuse.

8.2 Consent-First Mechanism. For users accessing the Website from regions with strict data tracking mandates (including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and various US states), the Website’s tracking architecture enforces a strict "Consent-First" toggle. Non-essential cookies and analytics scripts remain entirely inactive until the user provides affirmative, explicit consent.

ARTICLE 9: SEVERABILITY AND MODIFICATION RIGHTS

9.1 Independent Provisions. If any article, clause, or sub-section of this Agreement is determined by a court or arbitration board of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that determination shall not impact the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

9.2 Dynamic Updates. Verown Inc. reserves the absolute right to update, modify, or rewrite this global Website contract at any time without prior individual notice. Any structural changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the Website. It is the User's proactive responsibility to review this page periodically to remain aware of current terms.

ARTICLE 10: GOVERNING FRAMEWORK

10.1 Global Standard Enforcement. This contract is governed, interpreted, and structured under international contract principles. Any dispute arising directly out of a user’s interaction with the public web assets—separate from the deep hardware applications—shall be submitted to a neutral mediation framework or evaluated within the designated corporate seat of Verown Inc.

ARTICLE 11: GEOLOCATION MANDATES AND STOLEN ASSET RECOVERY PROTOCOLS

11.1 Conditional Access Restrictions. Verown Inc. reserves the absolute and unreviewable right to restrict, block, or completely terminate a user's ability to view specific public web pages, asset profiles, or certified provenance history records if the user fails or refuses to provide active, uninterrupted browser-level geolocation data and network telemetry.

11.2 Mandatory Location Triggers. For public safety and the protection of sovereign physical property, any asset profile or public lookup page that interacts with an item currently flagged within the Invariant Ledger as "Stolen," "Missing," "Compromised," or "Under Compliance Review" requires mandatory, explicit geolocational disclosure as a condition of viewing. If the user disables location permissions, masks their network origin via unauthorized proxies, or denies the browser’s location prompt, the system will automatically terminate the data request and display a "Verification Access Denied" status.

11.3 Forensic Data Harvesting for Recovery. When a user accesses or attempts to access a restricted or stolen asset verification page, the Website’s underlying security framework is contractually authorized to capture, log, and permanently archive the following forensic data points:

  1. Precise GPS coordinate payloads (latitude, longitude, and horizontal accuracy data).
  2. Public IP addresses (IPv4 and IPv6) and corresponding Internet Service Provider (ISP) network routing tables.
  3. Browser fingerprints, device hardware characteristics, and time-stamped interaction metadata.

11.4 Law Enforcement and Third-Party Disclosure. The User explicitly acknowledges and agrees that all geolocational and telemetry data captured under Clause 11.3 is harvested for the express purpose of facilitating physical asset recovery and protecting network trust. Verown Inc. is granted a non-revocable right to deliver this harvested data, alongside historical provenance records, directly to local law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities, insurance investigators, and the verified physical owner of the asset without requiring a subpoena, advance notice, or secondary user consent.
